I went running this morning and it did help to keep my calm through most of today. I was not perfect but it was better then yesterday. I also tried the overnight oatmeal which does stick with you and is supposed to be very healthy.
I started reading Woman, Food and God. The main premise is to be mindful of what, why and how you are eating. Take time to sit down and enjoy your food. Think about if you are truly hungry before taking a second helping or eating more later. It also encourages you to live life. Be sad when you are sad, happy when you are happy and don't "BOLT" or take yourself away from life.
