Day three. 77 days left
I accidently tried the orzo last night because I forgot it was gluten.  I refrained from doing more then tasting.  I had a great workout at kickboxing and came away dripping.

Food yesterday (10/16)
vitamins
shake (protein, greens, raspberries, milk, water and supplements) & small handful of nuts
cheese stick
yogurt
indian food and quinoa w/feta and cucumber
meal replacement bar and apple
shrimp, kale salad, asparagus and a little orzo w/parmesan

3 big glasses of water

Each time I ate yesterday I was hungry
