I am committed to eating grain free and taking my supplements through Jan 1. I am also committed to working out three times a week. While I would like to say I would do more I don't think this realistic.
Commitment
1) Eat Paleo like (give up grains; keep some dairy)
2) Exercise 3 days a week
3) Get 8 hours a rest
4) Spend time with Joe not in front of the TV
That is 79 days and approximately 11 weeks. This should help me determine the following
1) Identify what role simple carbs play into my energy level
2) Be a good example to my kids of how to eat healthy
3) Feel healthier and more clear headed
4) Maybe lose some of my belly fat
Thankful
1) I am thankful I am healthy
2) I am thankful my family is healthy
3) I am thankful we have enough income to not worry about money
4) I am thankful my family loves me even though I can be a bear to them
